Primena Mentalnih mapa u javnim nabavkama

Mentalne mape su tehnika vizualne reprezentacije ideja i veza između objekta posmatranja mape i srodnih odnosno naslonjenih objekata, ideja, veza, ljudi. Tehniku je razvio i usavršio Tony Buzan koji je postavio osnove tehnike kao i uradio puno na iznalaženju aplikacija za primenu ove tehnike u realnom  svetu. Postavljajući granice domena i uslove, te rušeći barijere koje postavlja konceptualna mapa pkazalo se da se mentalna mapa može koristiti na više načina a najčešće primene su:
·         Koristi se za osmišljavanje i kontrolisanje pričanja fikcione i nefikcione priče, uz ovaj alat se neuporedivo lakše pišu romani i knjige, koristi se za osmišljavanje poslovnih nastupa i govora, te za javne nastupe i govore
·         Koristi se kao razvojni alat u industriji, posebno softverskoj industriji gde je nezaobilazna u bilo kojem kompleksnijem projektu

Razlog zašto su mentalne mape toliko efikasne leži u činjenici da naš mozak ne razmišlja u rečenicama već u ključnim rečima i frazama, odnosno, da se služi asocijacijim i imaginacijom. Ovo dolazi stoga što je primarni jezik mozga jezik asocijacije i imaginacije i da se sa njim rađamo dok se drugi i svi potonji jezici uče tokom vremena upravo koristeći ova dva principa. Ova dva mehanizma takođe su od presudnog značaja za procese pamćenja. Mozak pamti kroz asocijaciju i imaginaciju na način da se slobodno može reći da je pamćenje imaginarno asocijativno putovanje kroz reči i vreme. A pamćenje je jedan od osnovnih mehanizama inteligencije kao takve jer za svaki sledeći zadatak kojem pristupamo mi koristimo naučeno kao i mehanizme asocijativnog povezivanja sa zamišljenim rešenjima koje naš mozak testira pre nego što ih prihvati ili odbaci. Na taj način dolazimo do zaključka da teorija sveta a samim tim i teorija sistema ne mogu biti ispričane na jeziku koji nije asocijativan i imaginaran, a pošto su ovo osnovni postulati i elementi mentalne mape jasno je da mentalne mape onda po prirodi stvari imaju najširu moguću primenu i visoku efikasnost pa je logično i koristiti ih u svim poslovnim procesima a posebno u onim koji zahtevaju visoko učešće kreativnosti, odnosno, one koji su otvoreni i delimično otvoreni sistemi kakav je pravni okvir a i realnost sistema javnih nabavki. 

Važno je napomenuti da se mentalna mapa značajno razlikuje od konceptualne mape i da ni na koji način ne može biti zamena za istu ali je odlična nadopuna iste kada se koriste u okviru istog zadatka.

Danas postoji više softevrskih alata koji se koriste za izradu mentalnih mapa ali i kolaboraciju prostorno dislociranih timova koji rade na istom zadatku.
